Step 2. Print and fill the Application Form (BLOCK LETTERS ONLY)
Step 3. Paste recent passport size photograph.
Step 4. Attach self attested photocopy of your 10th, 12th and graduation/ post graduation documents.
Step 5. Attach photocopy of photo ID (Aadhar card, Passport, Driving license, voter ID)
Candidates may submit the fees by using any one of the following payment options.
1. Online Payment: PayU payment gateway (LINK)
2. By Demand Draft / At Par Cheque (Details will be sent on demand)
Note: keep the photocopy of Demand Draft, At par cheque and registration form with your for record. Kindly mail us the scanned copy of filled Application Form, Educational Documents & Photo ID proof on firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com. Kindly send us the e-receipt of the online payment for the confirmation of fee submission.
